The rebooted Tomb Raider franchise hits both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 consoles in fall 2012.

The second of the overlong trailers that played during Microsoft's press
conference was the reboot of the long-running Tomb Raider
franchise, and while its certainly getting a cinematic overhaul, let's hope
there's more to the actual gameplay than simply holding the analog stick forward
and occasionally pressing the action triggers. I can see why some have dubbed
this Lar-Charted (i.e. Lara Croft x. Uncharted), as it looks strikingly like
Naughty Dog's popular Uncharted series.
This new and (hopefully) improved Tomb Raider is slated to
hit both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 fall of 2012.
