Not wanting to make the trip to the local retailer on release date? Amazon.com has a plan that might make you happy.

Love those customer reviews!

Tired of zipping through congested traffic to pick up that new release you've had on reserve for months, only to wait at the store's door until they open up?  Think of the time - think of the gas! - and before long, you'll be wondering if its all worth the trouble.  Thank goodness for online pre-orders, and more specifically for Amazon.com as they've turned lazy shopping into an artform with their latest effort to bring you true 1:1 consumer satisfaction.  A ragtag selection of new releases will be available and ready for action the same day of release if ordered through the popular website, guaranteeing that even those who snub the traditional pre-order route (think GameStop and their ilk) will be just as happy come release time.

But this instant satisfaction isn't free, as it'll cost an additional $5.98 for the privilege of having these new beauties on your doorstop the same day they land in major retailers across the country.  For some this will be a small price to pay for guaranteed enjoyment and completely worth the extra premium.  It should be noted that Amazon Prime customers will get the same-day treatment for free, so if there was ever a time for upgrading it might be now.  Full details and list of available titles are encased in the tiny press blurb just below, so knock yourselves out and dream of little packages in the mail that can make everything so much, much better!
